The high school's hotel and catering sector offers a CAP Cuisine , a CAP Service , a Bac pro Cuisine and a Bac pro Service , as well as a Complementary Mention desserts and a BP Sommellerie (work-study).
The training programs consist of 8 to 20 weeks of internships (depending on the CAP or Bac pro qualification). A partnership with the French Navy offers young people the opportunity to immerse themselves in the real world and build their expertise in a rewarding environment.
A member of the PatMAT (Heritage, Arts and Crafts and Tourism) Campus of Excellence, the establishment offers its young people in training a framework conducive to the development of their skills with a training restaurant open from autumn to May, two professional technical platforms in the kitchen and a laboratory. In addition, it offers a European English section .
And after?
After the CAP it is possible to continue training in a professional Baccalaureate with a specialty that is similar to the latter (in 2 years).
For service: server in catering (café, bar, restaurant, hotel)
For the kitchen: restaurant brigade member, restaurant dessert master
